We each have a voice within that guides and nurtures us. Normally this voice is quiet, a whisper even, which makes it difficult to hear over the noise of everyday life.
We are so wrapped up in expectations and ideas of what a successful life should look like that we become disconnected from our guiding voice.
We often don’t notice that the voice is missing because we’ve disengaged. We do however notice an ache, a sense of longing for something but we can’t quite identify what.
It’s most noticeable in times of stress like when a crucial decision is looming, when a loved one has passed, or when the expectations of our position have compounded to the point of overwhelm.
We feel lost and confused without our internal compass, so instead of letting the whisper within guide us, we end up in petty squabbles with our loved ones, we create friction and conflict even when we know there is no need and we miscommunicate our needs and desires so that life becomes a struggle and our most important relationships suffer. We can even have a myriad of physical symptoms that don't seem to go away.
But what if you could learn to stop the struggle?
What if you could feel great physically?
What if you could stop sweating the small stuff?
What if you could learn to see what really matters to you most and allow the important relationships in your life, like your husband and your children, to truly thrive?
Welcome to The Whisper Within.
