Rooted & Rising is a four-part in-person experience for spiritually curious women seeking clarity, meaning, and inner ground.

Through guided journeys, connection with nature, creative expression, and sacred ceremony, we’ll explore the space between the stirrings of change and the wisdom within.

This is a gentle circle of reconnection to your own inner knowing.

We begin August 9th (Saturday) and meet every other week after that on Sundays (Aug 24, Sept 7, Sept 21). If you know you’ll need to miss a session, please let me know so I can work with you to catch you up.

Group is limited to 5 women. No experience is necessary—just an open heart and willingness to explore.
